The Wine Business
With approximately 62 hectares (153 acres) of land of which 18 hectares (44 acres) are planted vineyards large production is possible with the option to increase the number of vines.

Currently, the cantina produces 80,000 bottles/yr, 7 different types of wines. These are Sauvignon, Blanc, Pinot Noir, Cabernet, Merlot and a rare local red.

The wine cellar building measures 1,100 sqm and includes showroom, offices, wine storage, vilifications rooms, etc. An agricultural shed houses a workshop, tractors, etc and measures 1,200sqm.

The philosophy of the current owners is to focus exclusively on the production of high quality wines, concentrating on vineyard management and meticulous care for the wines. The winery makes full use of modern technology for vinification and selected wines are fermented and aged in small French barrels. All equipment and plant are included in the sale.

There are 3 permanent staff that will be happy to retain their jobs and come with great praise from the current owners. Additional staff are brought in when necessary.

Plant equipment included in the sale: 5 tractors, excavator, atomiser, reaper, lawnmowers, fertiliser, vines cutter, Subaru 4wd car and light truck and many more pieces of necessary equipment.

Cellar equipment includes: Elevator, able machine, floater, hydrocleaner, micro oxygenator, membrane wine press, inbox steels tanks, french barrels, etc. Stock of wine can also be bought on top of the sale.

The business has a very easy format called Societa Semplice - Simple Society. It means taxes are very low and do not depend on profit. Accountancy fees are €3,000/yr. At the moment the business breaks even but with more production (by planting more vineyards or buying in grapes) a good profit can be made.

House 1
A residential home currently lived in by some of the staff such as a private butler and vine workers. Floor space is 450 sqm and includes 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

House 2
Is a beautifully restored luxury home with commanding views over the entire property and the Alps. Floor space is 950 sqm and has an inside pool and spa. The houses is separated into apartments, so is ideal for guests and family. One side of the property has an elevator. There are 6 bedrooms with the potentials to rearrange the house to sleep more people. Under the house is a beautiful red brick wine cellar.
