Once you can pull yourself away from the view of Monviso with the sun setting behind it you will turn your attention to the building. Now, this is no ordinary Langhe farmhouse. It's historical significance for the Langhe cannot be overstated. We'll save all this for when you visit.

The building forms a large 'U' shape. On the left wing, with view behind you, is the private house. It consists of a kitchen and dining area and a laundry. A central staircase leads to a bedroom, bathroom and walk-in wardrobe that could also be used as a bedroom. The floor above this is one large room with a balcony that overlooks the courtyard. This room could be divided easily into two bedrooms and a bathroom - the plumbing is already in place.

Next to this is the beauty spa: massage rooms, sauna, Turkish bath and beauty treatment rooms. Each room perfectly finished with meticulous attention to detail. (This area could be converted into guests rooms).

On the floor above are 5 guests rooms, two lounges and seating areas. Each guest room is beautifully finished, spacious and each with en-suite bathrooms.

The south wing: The ground floor has a smaller dining hall with perfect views through its floor-to-ceiling glass windows of the stupendous Langhe hills and the Alpine range that dominates the skyline. Following on are 'public' bathrooms and the professional kitchen.

The first floor has a large balcony, again with those incredible views. Following this is the large dining room. The glass panels ensure there are views from every angle of the room - to the west and Monviso (the Paramount films mountain) or to the east overlooking the hills of the Langa.
